Dr. Fayazfar is a materials scientist, engineer, and R&D leader who has built two complementary organizations from the ground up: E-CAM, Canada's first dedicated research program in circular materials for additive manufacturing, and ReEarthMater, a materials-technology venture translating scientific advances into industrial solutions.

Her core strength is materials intelligence: engineering advanced materials that are inherently difficult to design, process, or scale into industrially validated, ASTM-aligned systems for advanced manufacturing and sustainable infrastructure. She directs E-CAM's growing innovation ecosystem, mentoring 30+ researchers in under five years, and as Founder & CEO of ReEarthMater has translated that research into a live portfolio of industrial contracts spanning advanced manufacturing, sustainable construction, packaging, and circular materials across multiple international markets.
