Material Formulation & Custom Feedstock Development

We design and compound high-performance circular materials using industry-scale processing equipment.

Our capabilities include:

  • Twin-screw, single-screw, and batch mixing for optimizing biopolymers, recycled waste plastics, hybrid composites, and nanomaterials under controlled shear and temperature.

  • Development of bio-based and hybrid composites using biochar, hemp, wood fibers, and other natural fillers, as well as unsorted plastics (e.g. PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP) and biodegradable polymers (TPS, PLA, etc.).

  • Engineering feedstocks to meet target rheological, thermal, microstructural, mechanical, and environmental performance for extrusion, molding, and 3D printing.

  • Formulation of low-carbon and carbon-negative mortars and concretes, replacing high-carbon binders with SCMs and biomass-derived fillers (e.g. biochar, hemp, mycelium) to lower embodied carbon, enhance strength, durability, hydration, insulation, refine pores and cracks, and raise sustainability; use targeted additives to keep rheology and printability in the green zone for extrusion

  • Production of standard-ready filaments, pellets, pastes, and printable inks designed for consistent flow, excellent layer adhesion, and scalable manufacturing.
